About Our Founders

Brijesh Tripathi

Brijesh Tripathi, the founder and managing partner of VRS Traders, is a seasoned professional in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. His remarkable journey began in 1993, when he embarked on his career in this dynamic sector. Over the years, he gained valuable experience and climbed the corporate ladder, reaching middle-level management positions, where he oversaw operations at a national level.

Brijesh Tripathi developed a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, honing his skills and expertise in business consultancy. This experience allowed him to navigate the complex landscape of the industry and offer valuable insights and guidance to businesses seeking growth and success.

In 2006, leveraging his extensive knowledge and expertise, Brijesh Tripathi took a bold step and founded VRS Traders, a tea selling company. This marked a significant turning point in his career as he transitioned from consultancy to entrepreneurship. With a vision to provide high-quality tea products to consumers, he established a strong foundation for VRS Traders in the competitive tea business.

Through dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence, Brijesh Tripathi successfully ran tea business for over 15 years. During this time, the company flourished, earning a reputation for its exceptional tea offerings and customer satisfaction. This success propelled VRS Traders to new heights and positioned it as a trusted name in the tea industry.

In 2021, capitalizing on the momentum gained through their tea business, Brijesh Tripathi took VRS Traders into tea manufacturing. This strategic decision allowed them to have greater control over the production process and ensure the delivery of premium quality teas to their customers.

Drawing from his rich distribution experience, Brijesh Tripathi has expanded the reach of VRS Traders across several states. Presently, the company has a strong presence in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Jharkhand, and Madhya Pradesh. However, Brijesh Tripathi’s ambitious plans do not stop there. He aims to further strengthen VRS Traders’ footprint and is actively working towards expanding into Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Bihar, and Chhattisgarh in the near future.

Anil Tiwari, the founder and managing partner of VRS Traders, brings with him a strong background in business. With a passion for entrepreneurship and a keen eye for opportunities, Anil embarked on his journey in the tea industry by establishing VRS Traders in 2006.

Recognizing the immense potential of the tea market, Anil Tiwari took the leap into the tea business. With a vision to provide exceptional tea products to consumers, he formed VRS Traders and set the company on a path to success. Starting with the selling of tea, Anil built a solid foundation for the company and established its presence in the market.

After more than 15 years of successfully operating as a tea seller, Anil Tiwari made a strategic decision to enter into tea manufacturing in 2021. This move allowed VRS Traders to have greater control over the production process, ensuring the highest quality standards for their teas. By venturing into tea manufacturing, Anil aimed to further strengthen the company’s position in the tea industry and cater to the growing demands of their customers.

Under Anil Tiwari’s leadership, VRS Traders has expanded its presence across multiple states. Presently, the company has established a strong foothold in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Jharkhand, and Madhya Pradesh. However, Anil’s ambitious plans extend beyond these regions.
